ABOUT THE ROLE
Our ICT MDG team is responsible for enhancing and maintaining our SAP
MDG landscape and supplementary systems within the MDM space. The
Solution Manager will lead the delivery of our Master Data solutions
in addition to our 2 global transformation project Kerryconnect and
Accelerate.
The role will involve partnering with Optiva and other key stakeholder
functions and will be primarily Functional/Project Management
orientated but will require general technical understanding.
The team has a global responsibility and consists of 3 functional
Business Analysts (directly reporting to this role), a Technical SME
and 3rd party Developers. The team is based in our Global Centre in
Naas - the successful candidate can work remotely from a base in
Ireland if required but given the people management focus of the role
they would need to be available to travel to the office as necessary.
Please note successful candidates must have full working rights for
Ireland - visa support is not approved for this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Partner with our business stakeholders to create, solution and
deliver a pipeline of enhancements across Material, Product, Customer
and Vendor spaces.
* Develop and Project Manage ICT Roadmap to ensure our systems remain
up to date and future-proofed against emerging technology.
* Actively own, promote and improve the Global Template for ICT MDM.
* Design ICT solutions for that meet business needs
* Coordinate all aspects of the delivery of UAT (User acceptance
testing) and BST (Business Simulation Testing) for all projects.
* Represent the function in integration sessions, Change Approval
Board (CAB) and other dependent projects to ensure MDM is correctly
considered and our input is always voiced.
* SAP transport management - Ensure development lifecycle is followed
correctly by functional/technical resources.
* People management. Managing "up" and "down" to superusers, BDLs,
Kerryconnect management and direct reports.
_QUALIFICATIONS_ and skills
* Degree in ICT or other related discipline
* 5+ years&#**Apply on the website**; experience in a similar role
and environment
* Proven Stakeholder Management/Business Engagement experience across
multiple functions
* Comprehensive Project Management and People Management experience
